Product not delivered and not ready to pay my money back

This is in reference to the complaint # 1177925 (order details mentioned below) which I have logged a month ago with Fashion and you via online transaction. I have made a full payment of 899.00 via online payment through debit card on 10 Jan’2012. However till now neither the product nor the refund payment was done by them. They are not at all willing to pay my money back.
Several times, I have called them at their customer care # i.e. 91 120 6739999, and emailed them at support@fashionandyou.com. But no one is bothered to listen my concern. In fact, in reply they have sent me an invalid POD.
