Non delivery of my item

I purchased one item on 20/07 from fashionand you.com vide order number 627752 for the amount of Rs.1219, but i have not received the same till now.as per the terms and condition they asked for 3-4 weeks to deliver but even after giving complaint they are not responding with the correct revert and nor refunding the amount.complaint no.given by them just for reference is 593131.No body is giving me call in this regard and not contacting personally with proper revert.they are simply sending fake despatch status and standard revert.please do the needful.
