Hello Sir /Ma'am,

I had placed an order DIVINE THOR (Order No - 245161) watch ON THE 28TH OF FEBRUARY worth INR 1217 from www.fashionandyou.com online shopping site. And I had received the product on the 5TH OF MARCH. The invoice address was "AWARI TECHNOLOGIES Pvt Ltd" instead of FASHION & U, Warehouse : 585/2, Ansal Palam Vihar Rd, Bijwasan, New Delhi - 110 061. The watch suddenly went dead on the 5th of July, so on the 7th of July I called FASHION & U at 91-0120-6739999 (Not even Toll Free) & told them the same. Then they confirmed me that since it has been around 4 months so the product can be taken back, I told them that it is fine but I must be given the NUMBER or the ADDRESS of the SERVICE CENTER, where I could take it & get it looked as to why it stopped working suddenly as the product had come with 1 YEAR WARRENTY. They told me that they could not help me as they did not have any information whatsoever of the watch's service center. I was shocked to hear it, I asked them that U people sell electronics goods with 1 year warrenty but do not have information about the service center, than what is the use providing warrenty. And then when i wanted to speak to a supervisior they immediately puts me in hold & never returns back.so I seek your assistance to unearth such unscrupulous so called online shopping platforms cheating/Be fooling people who gets prompted to by produce through these channels. Please help me.
