Online order through Credit card never received the product

Hi

I ordered an Adidas belt priced 799R.s. from Fashionandyou.com on 24th December it's been 5 months and I haven't yet received the product.

My Order no :-1233533

I have called the company a multiple times and every time they raise a complain and tell me to wait for a few days more and I never get a call back from them. I did ask for a credit, but the executive there told he won't do the same since the company hasn't receive the product from the Courier Company.

Please help.
