Order not delivered

I had placed an order on the website www.fashnvia.com, the details of the same are as under:

Order No.: 103107 dated: 28/4. I have received two out of four items from the order. I have been sending emails and contacting their customer care nos. but no proper response is there. On 27/05 i have received a email from them stating as the pending items are out of stock i can opt for some other good or i can have refund, to which i have replied that i donot want any other goods and i need refund, but there has been no response since.

The site promises delivery with one week to maximum four weeks, but it is very disappointing they are not abiding by what is promised.

Kindly look into the matter.
