Tickets were not booked but amount debited from credit card

I bought 2 Club House level ICC world cup tickets for the match between Bangladesh and Ireland on February 25, at Dhaka, Bangladesh. However, the order was not processed completely and gave me an error instead. I never saw a confirmation page, nor were any tickets sent to me by email but my account was charged. After repeated attempts to explain the situation to KyaZoonga via email, they finally replied back by saying there can be no refunds for tickets that were bought. I informed them YET again that I was never sent the tickets. Then they said they would email the confirmation page. That was 3 weeks ago. Since then they have ignored my repeated inquiries about my tickets. They took money for tickets they never sold. Basically they have STOLEN my money. They are thieves and they need to be shut down. I cannot believe such a fraudulent website was assigned to sell World Cup tickets. They will now steal from thousands of people.
