Ferns and Petals/Flower and cake
Not providing the product after payment

A Order of a bunch of flower and cake was placed online in www.fnp.com on the 15th of Nov. The web payment was not succussuful as the option was not available in the web site. A representative from ferns and petals called me up on my number stating he will place the order.

I opted for payment on conditions stating the delivery of the package will be on the 16th of Nov 200 before 1200 hours. The address was given and confirmed the time and place and amount was confirmed. Post the confirmation I placed the order.

On the 16th of November a representative from Ferns and Petals calls up my number and states if I need the delivery to happen on the 16th i will have to pay additional cost where in the price for the product and delivery was paid and confirmed on the 15th of Nov.
