Poor hosting service

In spite of my friends warning i opted for eweb guru hosting service for my website, that turned out to be a biggest mistake. its arguably one of the slowest service i have ever experienced. Just try their customer service to experience the kind of service they provide. They dont understand English and on top of that they repeatedly ask the same question only to frustrate you. I will post the chat transcript for you to see how funny the conversation was. They take the complaints for granted and get irate when you follow up on the same.

I am saying goodbye to eWebguru in less than 2 months time after signing with them... Goodbye Guru
