Books not delivered for 3 months

I had placed a order with the website on the 19th of Sept and was assured of delivery of books in 20-25 days. The money was duly debited form my card. After a few days, I checked the site to see the status as: "Not available, procuring from other warehouse". However, there was no mail/calls to me on the same.

After waiting for more than 40 days, I re-checked, only to find the website is no longer operational. Assuming it to be a temporary condition, I sent them a mail on the 29th of September. There was no response to my mail. Post that, I have send them many reminders without any response. The website is still not oprational as on date.

These people seem to be big-time fraudsters. I am extremely frustrated with my one-time experience with them.
