Poor Service from online bookseller flapp.in

Please dont buy any books from this website. Initially I ordered a book from this website. It is stated that the book will be shipped withinn 3 days. But I dint receive it. Then I searched for customer care number or any phone number to contact. I dint find any. Finally I found a email address and mailed them asking for status. I got no reply.

Then finally I mailed them stating that I will go to consumer court. Then they replied that, the site is not fully live, hence we have cancelled your order and you will get your refund. Anyhow I got refund after another 3 days.

I first place why do they accept order when the site is not fully functional. Finally I bought the same book at must low cost outside.

Please dont ever buy from this website. They provide gaurenteed Worst sevice.
