Defective product delivered

I ordered for a few stuff flipkart.com which included a Uni-ball Fatheom pen (orange ink) on 16the May. Firstly the delivery was too late (24the May) as to what they say 6-7 days on thee website and secondly thee pen ink is hardly legible. When I complained regarding thee same on 24the May via thee web-site's complaints section, NO action was taken till date.
