Flora Stand
Order not delivered but charged credit card

Sir,

i have a bday gift purchase of flowers (50 pink flowers, total cost rs525) on 20/10.the delivery date was 21/10. i never get confirmation on status, but i was charged from credit card.

after two days from my order, i called flora stand.they promised for refund of same, but never take any action.now it is almost two months and they not even attending my call.i tried hundred of times to call, but no response from flora stand authorities. mailed my card statement along with complaint to their help desk, still no reply.this is like cheating customers.please help me and take necessary action
