Poort customer care response and never delivered orde

Friends,
I just would like to update you about my experience with florist network working based out of India.
My Order numer is FDI-241020117.
I ordered a cake and school bag for one of my family friends' daugther Through Flower Delivery India.
I ordered through Flower Delivery India and got an email from Operations department of Right Florist (another network) to pay extra money using IFN-610201014778 which is through india florist network (another network). Please note the processing steps :-)
I was not sure which customer care (1 of 3) should I follow.
Luckily I placed the order for a day in advance (23rd Oct) whereas her birthday on 24th Oct, and AS USUAL they called me to inform that
"Sir, We are sorry :-) we would not be able to deliver it today, as the address you have mentioned is very far from our shop"
I was really shocked to hear that they dont have proper guys to deliver in Pudukkottai and they will deliver from Madurai :-) :-) :-)
They asked me to pay 500 INR extra to deliver from Madurai to Pudukkottai :-)
I agreed just for the kid so that she may not be disappointed and would see some special gift/cake from us on her birthday.
Finally they delivered the cake the very next day (fortunately on her birthday).
Now the cake is delivered but who is going to deliver the School bag which I ordered.
When I called the Customer care to know about this, they told me "We dont have stock, so it will take 2-3 days to deliver"
I didnt want to cancel the order, hence agreed with them to process the Order.
After a week, I called them to know the status. They told "We have not received the tracking number, hence we are not able to process". I was not sure who will process it :-) They told me that "Some one will call me to update on this"
After a week, no body called me and nobody responded to my emails. I called them to know the status and got the same answer as no tracking number. This time again with same added answer "some one will call me to update on this"
Nobody called me.
Atlast I have made my mind to cancel the order and called Customer. The customer care representative said "Sir, we have updated the Operations Department and they will process the cancellation soon"
I am waiting now in a hope that my order for the school bag will be cancelled and I would get the refund though not 100% atleast more than 80% :-)

I will soon update you about my cancellation status, I think I need to wait for one more month :-)
