Freecharge.in (fraud) recharge of Rs 500 (talk time of 550) is not cradited on my docomo numbe

My info is as below.

I have done online topup of Rs 500 through freecharge.in and for that I should get 550Rs recharge amount but i didn't get any recharge amount. I only received a message indicating that :
"Dear customer, Recharge of Rs500.0 is successful, Current balance is Rs146.66, TransID:100000895402865, Recharge at tatadocomo.com /onlinerecharge No regestration No hidden charges Safest way.."
I didn't get Recharge amount of Rs 550, I talked with customer care of docomo and they told me that some 3G pack is activated. But my sim card is 2G and I have never done recharge for 3G. So some mistake is done from freecharge.in side because I have done topup of 500 and docomo customer care says that some 3G plan is activated. So, please solve my problem, give me my amount back or give me talktime of 550.
Instead of doing topup of 500, freecharge.in may had done special recharge and I didn't get any talktime, so here I am asking for my amount back or talktime of 550Rs.
