Cheating customers

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 15-dec i recharged one of my airtel mobiles for an amount of Rs.50/- on Freecharge.in with order no:318738 and as per their offer i selected MC Donald's Rs.50 coupon paying an additional Rs.10/- as courier charges. On Dec 21st i got a mail from freecharge.in stating that the coupon will be delivered by First Flight couriers with consignment no: B31766325.But till now it has not been delivered and when i tried to track the status of the courier on First Flight courier site i was surprised to see that the status of the courier was showing as delivered on 17-Dec. On this i tried till today to contact the courier people on 040-39444444 but still there is no response from them.

I feel cheated now and would like some action to be taken on both the courier and freecharge.in.
