I tried recharging my Videocon D2H account on 15th Apr 12 for an amount of Rs.430/- (Rs.420/- for D2H Rs.10/- for couriering coupons). Unfortunately, the Dt@ account has not recharged but an amount of Rs.430/- has been billed against my credit card.
I request you to kindly reverse the money for an amount of Rs.430/- or recharge my Videocon D2H account for an ammount Rs.420/-.
My Videocon D2H ID -59074274, order ID is not reflecting in my account.
