Not refunding the amount charged

I purchased a mobile on 20.08.2010 through online shopping on futurebazaar and i paid for the same through my icici bank credit card the same day. the company was not able to deliver the product within time and thus i cancelled the above order. after 17 days the above company refunded my amount for the cancelled order but after about 2 months have passed and after 2 -3 mails of the company they have not refunded the processing fees and service tax charged on the above order. everytime i mail them for the reversal they assure me that the same will b refunded but their promises are always fake. on 27/9 they assured me that within 15-21 days my amount will be refunded but till 20/10 it is not refunded. kindly look into the matter immediately. i will be obliged.
