FutureBazaar - Fraud company with poor customer service

Hi,

I have placed a order on 27-Jan (Order# 5040617811) at futurebazaar.com but still I am waiting for the delivery of my order I have placed the order because it was suppose to deliver till 10-feb But when I contact to customer service they told me that It will deliver till 18 Feb, When I contact again to customer service then they are saying "due to an overwhelming response for the ordered product we will deliver it on or before 1-Mar" but still there are no update on the my account section.

I am not able to understand why these guys are taking order if they are not able to deliver these orders, If the orders in shopping cart is not in their control then refund the order amount to customer if they want.

But I am not getting any thing neither the refund nor the products. As the name suggests Futurebazaar, I hope they will deliver it in future if my luck works.

I think this is the perfect slogan for futurebazaar "FutureBazaar - Just place your order and we will ship it in future with no time line: P".

Great brand with great service what else I can say about it, Place your order If you have money and time to waste on placing order and following up these peoples.
