Items not received

I have placed an order 504059667 for 3 items on 29th Jan. After lot of hardship when i managed to connect with customer care on 1st Feb they confirmed that it shall be shipped by the endof the day. But as of today 6th Feb the online status shows that only one of the item has been shipped but that also I have not received. What a blunder they do while shipping only few of the orderd items. Also I paid them through my netbanking online in advance. They seems to simply cheat and give unnecessary trouble to the customer.
