Following Orders with Future Bazaar.com were placed and were cancelled by them unilaterally on 25.1. but even after 8 days the amounts have still not been refunded. Order Nos- 5040603877 & 5040609281.
Further, 4 more Orders (Order Nos: 5040641723, 5040608387, 5040627380, 5040630928) were also placed on 25.1.12 but the same have not been delvrd inspite of my repeated requests.
Phone calls to Complaints- Customer remains n hold for 15 mins & gets disconnected. My emails n Phone calls have resulted in no action.
No one lifts the phones at your Jogeshwari, Vikhroli and Marol Office.
