Espected Sir/Ma`m

I am Rakesh Patil Student @ G.B. Pant social science institute Allahabad,

I purchased a Motorola ZN300 on 14th Oct.

the company yet not ship my order since it is almost half month.

I called customer care but only assurance is given that your product may be arrive in two days..

i found still my product is not come.

Today one more time when i call the customer care than again the lodge a complaint which numbered 522641, and assurance of that the product is you looking is place on 9th Oct.

Kindly go through it and please solve this problem immediately.
