Non Confirmation of Payment

Dear Sir/Mam,

I placed few orders online at Future Group, Few Order nos. are 5000945550, 5000945901, 5000945658, 5000945902, 5000945673, 5000945949

and i made payment through D.D.I marked a lot of mails and calls to their customer care and asked for refund but there is no satisfactory reply from their side always same reply that " we are forwarding your request to concern department. "

I have all mails and recording of these conversation. Please tell me what should i do for it.?
