No trace of my payment made towards online purchase and product order cancelled

Sir,

I had ordered for a online purchase through Future India Limited on 14th Nov'10 and made the payment on 15thNov'10 through ICICI cash to the said account no., but they canceled my order on 18th Nov'10 saying that my order is being canceled due to non-payment towards my order no., when I called their customer care executive hey say that my money has not been traced by their computer so they canceled my order,

so they clearly cheated me because I confirmed with the bank officials about the transaction and they say it was done and checked the account holder's firm again but the company is not ready to pay back my money neither my order no. 5004980605

Sir my query is that how can I get back my money, I have every proof my transaction and payment made towards them.
