DISCONNECTION

Hello Sir,

I am Akshay Bhalla from lucknow india, ON 6.12.2010 I HAVE SENT E-MAIL TO M/S Bharti Airtel Customer care centre and talked to executive in airtel that I am not in need of Land line No 4025815 and Broad band connection. But till date they have not disconnected the line and for which I am not liable to pay any charges any more as I have informed them my intension... My Complaint No is-1304893
