Cheating in suppy of product as per order and extra payment against octroi

With reference to above, I have ordered Product Code No. 2587 (Philips 5.1 Chanel Home Theater DSP2500 & Philips DVD player DVP3526) on dt. 18.07.2011 to Gift360.in. The same was received to me on dt. 19.08.2011 along with invoice No. CC1824. The details of product code No. 2587 is mentioned in the invoice but it is noticed that Philips DVD player DVP3826 is received instead of DVP3526. Due to which the specification of the same is varies and I am unable to play the various music formats it the same. The fact was already discussed by me with customer care department at several times but there is no response till today. Also they have charged me the octroi charges as the same were not applicable to my residence area. The same is stated by the courier man and he wrote his comment on the delivery challan. Also the Gift360 has not issued me the octroi paid charged receipt if they had paid so. There is no response from the Gift360 in the matter of refund of octroi charges and replacement of product. Hence you are hereby requested to initiate necessary action and help me in the matter. Thanking you.
