GIft360 - Non delivery of goods

Gift360 gives the worst possible service to its customers. I placed an order online on 21st July (Order Number 4563). They first promised me that the product will be delivered in 14 days, then extended it to 21 days. In between, I might have called their customer care at least 15 times. They just mislead you all the time rather than giving facts... After waiting for almost a month, when I called up the customer care again, they told me that the product is out of stock and that I should write a mail to cancel my order... I have already written number of times asking them to cancel the order and refund my money (Rs 2295)... But they still haven't done so..They don't even respond to the mails... I have even mailed them at escalation@gift360.in... Anyone who is planning to buy something from gift360, please don't do so... It is a fraud company

I am still waiting for my money from gift360...
