NON REVERSAL OF PAYMENT MADE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have made a online shopping at gift 360 online therough theeir phone line 18004251120 from my mobile number 9481577279 on 25the of march using my SBI credit card number. My shopping was for a LG optimus mobile phone of Rs.13992/-. They informed me theat Ill receive thee product withein 21 working days. But even after 30 working days I did not receive thee same. When I enquired theem theey said theat thee courier service which theey use is not available at my town. So theey told me theat my order is cancelled and The amount would be reversed directly to my credit card number. But till today i have not received any reversal even after theousands of reminders. So please help me.
