Order not delivered

This website has been involved in taking money from people and not delivering the products. Apart from that there is no refund of money. I ordered a Rakhi set on 23 July. There is no delivery till now ans they are giving an excuse" Sorry for the inconvenience" to all the customers. After ordering I saw many complaints in many websites on their name. I advised them that if they will not deliver I will take legal action, in-spite of that they are not diligent about this. Money involved is mere 125 but I need delivery before rakhi. I also offered if they are not able to deliver atleast they can refund the money, so they are not coming on this term too. Kindly take a strict action against the people.
