Gifts Not delivered on time

Hi,

I have orderd gifts via gifts to world worth Rs/-1995. It was a birthday gift and they dint deliver it ontime on the top of that they stopped responding to my calls. I have no idea when they are going to deliver it. It was assuerd that they will deliver before 1:00pm after that when i called they informed 3:00-4:00 max after that again they informed they dont have vendors in the city i ordered and they will deliver only at 5:00 now its almost 8:00PM they stopped picking my calls.

Is there any way to get my money refunded. Because the function was in the afternoon and they dint deliver it till 8:00PM. If not possible they could have informed me atleast.

The order Number is GTW330. The mails are there with me and have some of their calls recorder too.
