Late Late Delivery

Hi,

A group of us ordered cake and flowers through this website, not knowing that there are already lot of complaints, similar to what we are going through against them. We ordered on 27th of May and the order was to be delivered on 4Jun before 0800 hrs in Bangalore. They had ample time to arrange the order but they could not manage it. The order was delivered at 1830 hrs. Since morning were trying to contact Ravinder and he was just giving us false assurances. We managed to speak to him a couple of times and rest of the time he was not even bothering to pick up the calls. Instead of him assuring and informing us of the status of our order, we were chasing him since morning during which most of the time he was ignoring our calls or switching off his mobile. If they are so INCOMPETENT to not deliver order on TIME in a major metro city like Bangalore, I don't know where they get the gall to put international countries in their list. We were so excited for the surprise we had planned for our friend first thing in the morning and all the excitement was down in the dust just because we were unlucky enough to choose this site...
