Poor and inefficient service delivery

I made such a huge mistake by ordering via giftswithlove.com - As I got to experience their poor, pathetic and inefficient services which quite evidently lacked genuine customer-focussed-services together with prompt response and assistance.

I just can't seem to understand, when you place an order with clearly set of instructions, what could possibly be so difficult to understand??? Due to their inefficient services - our Mother's birthday was freaking screwed and instead of enjoying her birthday, she landed up wasting precious time and hours waiting for the "so-called-special-gift" as indicated on the website!!!

**** Note: A tip for potential buyers - Please don't waste your time and money on these type of useless websites, it is definitely not worth your effort and money's value!!!
