Product Not Sent By Company

Sir i have book an order on the Site mginger.com for the product (one Bluetooth headset, one mp3 player, data cable & ear phone) on 19 aug.i have purchase Cash on Delivery mood, after book the order i give the confirmation of my Order by receiving a call with in 15 minutes. the agent had told me that these product will be dispatch you 5-7 working days. Today i received a courier by AFL, & i paid total amount 649 rs. after than when i open the packing, there was only ear phone lead in damage box, there was 3 more product missing. Immediately i complain the delivery boy he was told me that it is not his responsibility. then i call his Senior he was told contact to shopping company. i had to do payment.
