My order no. is 911442869 for One Glen Food Processor-4051LX which was ordered via online purchase with homeshop18.com against payment term is in three eqally instalment through my citibank credit card. On 18th April at 6.43PM I got a email on my email ID vsuri55@gmail.com through orderupdates@homeshop18.com intimated that my product has been shipped vide AWB no. 494453745 through Logistic Partner and will be delivered within 2-3 days. But still the product is still to be delivered, when i contacted the home shop executives several times on their help Line no. 1860 1800 918 everytime thay said sorry and assured me that your order will be delivered within 24 hrs. I had already paid my Ist instalment to Citi bank Credit card Payment. Now it is almost 2 weeks had been passed but I am still listening excuses from the home shop executives and waiting delivery of my ordered product.
