Everytime cut the balance

I have taken the plan of 2 gb internet in 98 rs.but after every 2 to 3 days my account balance automatically deducted and after making refilling again money balance has been deducted.i want only money balance refund which airtel people wrongly deducted in the name of airtel live this is the request kindly refund me my money balance as soon as possible
