I would caution anyone looking forward for a deal with this website. I myself bought a group pack from them. In one word the service was "PATHETIC” to say the least. They would insist on an advance payment after which your hands are tied. Right from the onset there were server issues, in fact the website was shut down for a couple of days. Their Marketing Head oversells the product saying its real time data, whereas NSE guidelines ensure a 15 minute time lag. Their claim of 24 hour IT support is just a hoax. They would not reply to your mails or calls. However the major problem lies in the product itself. It is only compatible with the Internet Explorer and inspite of that it malfunctions. Trades are executed multiple number of times. Some are left unexecuted for days. There professor account to oversee a competition lacks many features. You cannot see the rank or transaction history of any student. The portfolio value rises invariably and the only reason the "Support" Department has is that the student might have used another browser. If you have any complaint, the Marketing Head will ask you to mail the problem (Not willing to listen as well). The problem is assumed to be resolved and they do not even call back. I would strongly advise everyone to be cautious while engaging in any monetary transaction with them. One does not expect the "Brady" Group to come out with such products!!
