Non delivery of the product in 7 days

Dear Team,

An biker gloves was purchased on 30th June from rediff shopping site online with whole payment through net banking (Product Id :-7217793). Till date i haven't received the product not even the dispatch details is published. While a call was made to customer care they ask to email the same to customer care of rediff. They don't have the curtsy to raise a complain and follow up the same.

Kindly help on the above mentioned issue.
