Sending Spam email without unsubscribe option

I receive around 200 emails from a Google group with email id: available-consultant@googlegroups.com

I am not subscribed to this group. But in the email since I was told to unsubscribe by sending email to available-consultant unsubscribe@googlegroups.com, I tried to do it. But every time I do this, I get back a message from Google telling me that I am not a member of this group. I am receiving these emails for the past 3 years.

Of late, I received a message from the Google group telling me that I am a member of a sub group that is part of this main group & I should unsubscribe from that group to stop receiving emails.

I am tired of these junk mails coming to me daily.
