Ewebguru Destroyed our website

I hosted and purchase my site/domain www.garfison.com from http://www.ewebguru.com/

who inturn has register my domain to privacyprotect.

First of all they have destroyed and deleted my website and was unable to restore it back.

Second, when I want my website to host/transfer to other domain they are unable to do it.

As I require transaction id and security code and they don't have.

Further, they are unable to release my domain www.grafison.com
