Cheated compamy

As per my order (as per their record) No.193593 . NAAPTOL ON LINE SHOPPING PRIVATE LIMITED, 18, building no.2, sector1, Millenium Business Park, Mahape, Navi Mumbai-400710, have sent me GREEN APPLE MP3/MP4-20GB 2 me by Aramex courrier. on 3-3. When I started 2 use it, it was not working properly. Then after 3 days it is not at all working. I myself made them call more then 10 times & sent mail also, but no positive response. They gave me Hyderabad Naaptol address but when I looking 4 the address & spend 5 hours, I came 2 know that, that is totally false. There is no shop in Hyderabad. So this company is totally cheated me. They are playing a wrongful gain with the public & making fool. So I request the complain authorities 2 take a action against this company, not 2 make fool 2 the customer in future like me.
