Green Apple MP3&MP4 Player
Expected Product not delivered and no response from the customer support

I purchased online "Green Apple MP3&MP4 Player" from www.naaptol.com. The product was delivered with less Memory capacity and without any UserManual, Driver-CD.

As per the product details in naaptol.com, the product is of Memory capacity 8GB.But the delivered product was found to be of only 4GB Memory capacity.

I communicated the above details to naaptol several times thru email but of no use. Naaptol never gave any response to my emails. Their customer support number is not working at all. I am ready to return the product and looking for money refund.
