Green Apple MP3 & MP4 Player
Wrong Product Delivered

I purchased online "Green Apple MP3&MP4 Player" from www.naaptol.com. The product was delivered upon cash payment of Rs.2100/-.

As per the product details given in the website, the product is of Memory capacity 8GB.But the delivered product was found to be of only 4GB Memory capacity.

Moreover, the product was delivered without any UserManual, Driver-CD.

I communicated the above details to naaptol several times but of no use. Naaptol never gave any response. Their customer support number is not working at all.

I am ready to return the product and willing to get the money refunded.
