I cant service of gtpl broadband net connection

Espected sir

i had compalin against that i cant get net properly it seems for 2 minute and close it itself and also i had complain about that i cant get 180kbps at day speed and 512 kbps at night net speed

i had already complaint that but i cant reponse of that so wat should i have to do?
