MADE NEW A/C REGISTERATION, TOOK MONEY AND DIDN, T RE CHARGED MY ACCOUNT, FAKE BILL ISSUED, AFTER, CHD. SECTOR 35, DINT LISTEN AT ALL

5 th august relaince webworld chandigarh sector 35, I purchase a pack for 130 and they created a account, but the concerned person didnt recharged the account, the very next day i went to saharanpur but was astonished to see that thers was not a penny in my account, i have to pay again and get my account recharged my account, after around 20 days i went to the same webworld in chd, the incharge told they have recharged the account, but there were no history for usage of my account, the person on the desk took money, and kept with himself didnt gave money to relaince and took from me, what thse people do?

no one is relaible they have there log books but dont accept any complaints they smartly befoool campany and the software dont know but thats a shame for a company like relaince no one hears any complaints of consumers.
