Fraud- no service given and taken 303rs

I have taken a service of GPRS frm reliance smart on 18 july . but service started on 20 july and closed on 24 th july. i lodged a cmplaint regarding this on customer care but i got a reply from that side that technical updation is going on wait for 72 hours. i waited but upto 24th august . my complaint still in solving status ..and no compensation given to me . they didnt even return my money . i talked to so many customers care executive but all replied that they cant do anything. i didnt recieve a single call from gprs department regarding this. there are so many peoples facing this problem in himachal pradesh . they dont have any proper answer of any enquery . they r making fool of customers. they did this 3rd time with me . plzzzz never buy reliance connection.

i have lot of proofs such as sms details and complaint number... regarding my complaints
