I got a message from this company sayin that i have won 250000 pounds

and they have made a demand draft ready and kept at the courier company .and i have to pay the courier charges to receive the demand draft.

i just want to know whether i should go ahead and send the courier charges of INR 10500?

they said to deposit at state bank of india and gave an account number.
