Dear Sir,

I was the winner of the Cocacola mobile draw in the year 2010 conducted by the Halifax Bank UK. The winning price was $1million US Dollars. I have paid the delivery charges, customs duty, Registration fee: transaction receipt no:6534685, Fund Conversion: transaction receipt no: RBI-4734/ 0DS2/10.

Now they are saying to pay the tax of Rs.12, 33, 561.I want to know whether I am Having an account no in the RBI: rbi000037811, PIN no:7640.Is it real or not? Will the tax be deducted? If it is a real one I am Ready to pay the Tax. Where I have to pay the tax?
