Incomplete order and defected orde

Ordered 2 happycall gas oven last month. On 29th of Nov, I received only only 1. whereas the money was paid for 2 .

The which we recieved was also defective. Its handle was broken.

I have been calling fratically lodged so many complaints but no response.

My order no. was 901463901 and amount paid was 9998.

Complaint no. is 62008889. pl. look into this and this resloved quickly.
