Worst /Horrible service 80% downtime

I am a HATHWAY customer since last 10 months but they are very WORST service with USELESS customer support. If you call at night they will say we will resolve in morning, in morning they will tell our engineer will come after 10:30, Engineer will tell its a problem in line may be and he is not sure where the problem is exactly. Most of time their connection will not available... Please please avoid this useless internet connection and beaware of this fraud...
