Poor Customer service

Hathway is the worst company to deal with for any kind of services... all the people give you fake promises just to get that sale. I had got a prepaid connection for 6months had handed him a chq for the entire amount on April26th where the sales guy promised me of doing the connection the second day. Till date i have not got my connection done. And when i call him he would not answer the phone. I am very pissed of with their customer service people too as they do not have any response for it. I spoke to the boss (sarang) of the sales guy (Nadeem) i met even he assured of doing it in 2days..and even he followed the same Hathway tradition of not keeping up to their words.
