Slow speed

I had subscribe to 5Mbps plan

and still getting speed of 0.5mbps and so on for last few weeks.

I m paying Rs. 1200 per month the plan and getting the speed even slow than my mobile 2G network speed at sometimes.

They register complaint and on their own clear the complaint be telling that ur prablem had resolved by our engineers without checking whether the user is satisfied or the problem is resolved.

On contacting each and every time they say that within 24 hours your problem willbe resolved.

They keep on registering new complaint numbers.

But still i didnt get the desired speed of 5mdps at all..

Please tell me the steps to drag them to Consumer Court.
